B Corp organisations share a commitment to using business as a force for good. In this candid session, we’ll explore the journey of Opencast, a tech consultancy that confronted its narratives and behaviours to start embodying its purpose. We’ll be having an interactive discussion about the importance of systemic problem solving, embracing uncomfortable situations, looking at our organisations in the mirror and asking tough questions, and fostering an environment where individuals can develop their own ideas for creating positive change, whilst avoiding unintended harm.
