What to expect?

Flexible working – dream scenario or complete dreamland?

Everyone’s got an opinion on flexible work – and we’re here for it.

Bring your views to The Great Big Flexible Work Debate.

What is flexible work anyway? What’s possible in practice? What are the upsides and downsides? How slippery is the slippery slope? How bendy can flexible work really be?

Exploring all sides of the debate and bringing in experiences from across the UK B Corp community, together we’ll think differently about flexible work – challenging and inspiring you to figure out what the right flex could look like for your organisation.

Why join this session?

It’ll get you thinking differently about one of the biggest workplace issues— you’ll learn lots, it’s judgement free, and it’ll be fun!

What are the key outcomes?

Leaving this session you’ll feel energised and inspired. You’ll have a clearer picture of what kind of flexible working could work best for your organisation and gain insights on how to respond to flexible working requests to meet legal requirements. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to get the best out of your teams – you’ll unlock a new level of understanding of how bendy your organisation can be.
