With the whole city at your fingertips, and so many B Corps and friends of the movement in one place, Louder Than Words is the perfect opportunity to arrange meet ups, expand your network and enjoy all that Oxford has to offer. Whether it’s an industry-based drinks reception, a lunchtime networking walk along the Oxford canal, or a dinner for B Corp CEOs, the possibilities are endless.

Check out our steps below to arranging a meet up:
1. Choose a time
There are three time blocks in the agenda where participants can organise their own meet ups.
- Early Bird: Held before 9:30am on Tuesday 10th, and before 9:00am on Wednesday 11th.
- Midday: Held during the lunchtime break from 12:45 – 1:45pm on Tuesday 10th and 12:15 – 1:15pm on Wednesday 11th.
- After Hours: Held after the festival agenda has finished on Tuesday 10th at 5pm
2. Select and book your venue
We’ve put together a list of suggestions for you.
There is information including venue capacity, distance from The New Theatre and more to help you decide which venue is best suited for your meet up.

3. Create an event page
Create a Ticket Tailor or Eventbrite so participants can book on to your meet up and get more information.
4. Submit your event to the calendar
You’ll need to include a link to a Ticket Tailor or Eventbrite for attendees to get more information and to book their place.

5. Spread the word!
Promote your meet up on the B Hive in the Louder Than Words group, your LinkedIn, and other social media channels
Promote your meet upPlease note that we will only advertise meet ups organised by Louder Than Words ticket holders. If you would like to organise a meet up using the process above, please ensure you’ve bought your ticket prior to submitting it to the calendar. Meet up organisers are responsible for running and managing the meet up, including funding venue bookings and (where applicable) collecting payment from attendees.
