Judy Rodrigues

Judy Rodrigues leads the B Lab Global standards management team in creating, managing, and innovating B Corp standards that define what it means and to use business as a force for good. This is done in collaboration with stakeholders, experts, and B Lab’s independent governing bodies. She has 20 years of experience related to stakeholder engagement, certification and standard development, responsible sourcing of commodities, Indigenous Peoples and local community rights, and natural resource conservation.

Judy is passionate about establishing credible, inclusive, and pragmatic solutions for generating positive impacts for people and nature.  Prior to joining B Lab, she served as the executive director of the multi-stakeholder High Carbon Stock Approach initiative.

She also held roles as a conservation specialist and forest solutions campaigner for Preferred by Nature and Greenpeace International, respectively. Judy holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation from the University of British Columbia and a B. Comm in Marketing and Women’s Studies from McGill University.
