What to expect?

Catherine will create a safe environment for you to learn, reflect and ask questions. You’ll discover a simple definition for inclusion, find out what it really means, and the risks of not having an inclusive culture and diverse teams.

Did you know around 90% of our thinking is automatic? And that thinking is unreliable when it comes to making decisions that will impact other people?

With over 8 billion people on the planet, none of us can ever know everything, or be fully confident about getting inclusion right.

So what do we do? How do we help our brains switch out of autopilot and consider the impact we’re having on other people’s lives?

Come and find out.

This session will make inclusion feel doable, and you’ll take away:

  • three options to speak up when you witness someone saying something that doesn’t feel very inclusive
  • guidance for responding when you get it wrong
  • five simple habits to apply to everyday work and decisions
